The Mabry Collective was founded by Angelica and Stephan Mabry on a shared premise: the best advisory work comes from practitioners, not observers. Between us, we bring nearly 30 years of experience across two disciplines: revenue operations and organizational leadership, and healthcare technology.

Angelica Mabry
Angelica has spent 15 years inside high-growth SaaS companies. Not advising from the outside, but building from within. As a Fractional COO or CCO, she helps scaling companies build the systems, teams, and revenue infrastructure to grow without breaking. She leads The Mabry Collective full-time from the greater Madison, WI area.
Stephan Mabry
Stephan has spent more than 1,000 hours observing clinical care across 70+ health systems and 30+ specialties. Not studying healthcare technology from a distance, but building it: Epic certifications, two patents, and applications top-rated in KLAS research. He is a Research Fellow at the MACROPRAXIS Research Institute and a PhD candidate in Computer Science focused on AI and healthcare systems. He takes on a limited number of advisory engagements alongside his role as Senior Director of Data Partnerships at Qualified Health.
